“Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. The staff were very nice and polite, unfortunately I cannot say that about the condo owners, some were rude. As far as the view of the ocean was great, easy access to the...

“The rooms were hot - you cannot adjust the air conditioner to further cool the room. The lazy river was inoperable until our last day of an 8 day trip. Also you cannot swim in the ocean at the resort in any day because of rip tides (according to signage) On a positive note - the massages at the spa were great, a few employees were friendly and tried really hard to to go above and beyond. The restaurant meals were delicious with the exception of the buffet. ”

“Es un hotel bueno y aceptable, podria mejorar muchísimo, por ejemplo con instalaciones mas modernas y atractivas. La cama estaba muy dura pero no es problema. Quizas podria mencionar algun otro detalle pero lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación ya que puede acceder a varios puntos turísticos de la ciudad incluso caminando y la playa que está justo enfrente. Por esto si lo recomiendo.”
